In order to safeguard your rights and ensure timely access to GOZ Electric's "warranty, replacement, and refund" services, please be sure to understand and read the following:

1. Upon receiving and confirming the quantity and specifications of the equipment you purchased, please sign the sales receipt or promptly provide feedback to GOZ Electric after affixing your company's official seal.2.Failure to sign the sales receipt within one week of receiving the equipment will be deemed as acceptance of satisfactory delivery.3.The default warranty period takes effect from the date of signing the receipt, while specific projects are subject to the terms of the contract.4.The warranty does not cover accessories such as packaging boxes, test wires, power cords, data cables, consumables, etc.5.We will provide relevant technical training and technical materials as stipulated in the contract.6.Products are eligible for one year of free warranty and lifetime maintenance, subject to the terms of the contract where applicable.Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

"Three Guarantees" Rights:

1. Within one year from the date of purchase, if there is a non-human-caused malfunction, you will receive free repair services.

2. Within one year from the date of purchase, if the same malfunction occurs twice and cannot be fixed after repair, you can choose to replace the equipment with the same model.

3. Within one year from the date of purchase, if other necessary accessories (such as computers, software systems, storage media, infrared media, etc.) purchased together with the equipment malfunction, GOZ Electric will assist you in contacting the accessory supplier to provide "Three Guarantees" services.

4. Within one year of your purchase, if there is a software revision upgrade for the instrument, GOZ Electric will provide you with replacement services.
